The last date to order for delivery before Christmas is December 11th.

Please expect delays to your order during the holiday period. Any orders placed after December 11th may be delivered in January.

All promotional orders are subject to a delivery time frame of up to 14 days, as our warehouse processes a very high volume of orders. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, along with your tracking details from USPS / FedEx.

At the moment we deliver to mainland USA and the UK. We’re working to expanding this in future. If you live somewhere else, and absolutely cannot wait, you may contact us with your location and our support team will be happy to advise on our nearest retailer.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you love your IOP tan! However, if for any reason you need to return your item, you must return the product in its original, unused condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: [email protected]. If the product is unused and in appropriate condition, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.

If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: [email protected]. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.

Please ensure you obtain Proof of Postage when you return the product to us. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.
