Being body positive means to me, loving yourself, accepting your flaws and just embracing what you have. I’ve had so many negative comments about my body since I’ve been in the public eye. Before it was that I was ugly before plastic surgery then I’m ugly because I’ve had plastic surgery and I’m fake. You can’t please everyone as long as you’re happy that is the main thing.
Surround yourself with people that lift you up and understand that it is a journey to loving yourself. I make sure that I don’t have anyone in my life that talks about themselves in a negative way or talks about my body in a negative way. Make sure you put self-love and self-care into yourself every single day.
Body positivity means embracing who you are as a person and that includes your perceived flaws and negative points. It just means unapologetically; you get one life and you get one body. You may as well love it.
