Hey babe, as you know, the health and wellbeing of our team is our biggest priority. With our head office staff working from home, we’ve also put in place appropriate social distancing measures at our warehouse.
We’re limiting the opening hours of our web store from 8am (BST) to 6pm (BST) to allow our team to fulfil orders safely and within the current recommended government guidelines. We’ve also staggered the number of staff working at one time, meaning that your order can take up to 14 days to arrive. Please be aware, we’re doing all that we can to get everything out as quickly as possible in spite of the circumstances.
Due to ongoing restrictions, we’re unable to fulfil orders placed from New Zealand, Australia and Italy. We will continually monitor and review this situation, and will resume shipping here again as soon as we can!

We offer Free Standard Delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 14 working days as standard from the order being received during the current COVID-19 period.
Currently, due to high volumes of orders you may experience a delay to delivery compared to normal.

Returns and Refunds
We hope that you love your IOP tan! However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: email@example.com. If the product is unused and in appropriate condition, we will repair/replace the product or offer you a refund.
If you have changed your mind and are looking to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us.
