Is Glow Clear Self-Tanning Mousse waterproof?

Accepted Answer

We recommend that during the 6-8 hour period following application, whilst your tan is developing, you should avoid contact with water on skin.

However, once your glow is fully developed, you can shower and bathe as normal- your tan will fade evenly over the course of 7 days. Please be aware that very hot showers/baths, swimming in chlorinated water, or frequent use of exfoliating products can lead to a faster fade.

Can I apply Self-Tanning Mousse daily?

Of course! We love layering Glow Clear Self-Tanning Mousse on consecutive days to build up the ultimate glow.
Please note: if applying Glow Clear a couple times per week, it’s good practice to exfoliate at least once to remove any build-up and create a fresh canvas. Moisturizing skin daily will also help ensure your glow stays even and radiant for longer.

Do I need to rinse off Glow Clear Self-Tanning Mousse?

We recommend waiting between 6-8 hours before showering if you’re using one of our color guide mousses. However, as Glow Clear Self Tanning Mousse is totally transparent, this is not a necessary step!
Our Self Tanning Butter is a rich, nourishing body treatment, ideal for those with dry skin or for tanning during colder months- this creamy texture is also great for beginners as it helps you to see where you’ve applied.

The end result colour is slightly deeper than Happy Tan, plus we've added green color correcting actives to help cancel out redness in the skin.
